As such, the PABS Board occasionally holds listening sessions with the broader public around issues such as racial inequities and inequalities within the school district, microaggressions and ways they impact the social, emotional, and intellectual well-being and growth of Black students, and ways parents can navigate the district’s harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) policy.
